Twelve Things I Learned The Hard Way!

As a mom, I always try to teach my children the good, the bad and the evil. I try to teach them the best I can, because I want them to do good in the future when I am not around.  But it is so HARD to teach them how to be good when the people around them are just evil. How can you teach them not to be like them?!. I am just going to try my best to teach them the way I learned (my own way).

The Twelve Things I Learned The Hard Way:
  1. Sometimes FAMILY is not your best ally;

  2. "FRIENDS" are not to be trusted, some of them are there for the good, but most of them are just there waiting to see you fall. They are just first row spectators;

  3. There are people that are there that you didn't know are there. Let's just say that the people that want you to succeed are basically outsiders... the insiders can care less;

  4. You are somebody's inspiration;

  5. Don't beg for affection;

  6. Keep your emotions on check... DO NOT ALLOW them to take control of you;

  7. God is ALWAYS your source, NOT your RESOURCE... know the difference;

  8. It is to OKAY to start over;

  9. DO NOT be afraid of changes;

  10. Remember YOU WERE BORN ALONE, you don't need to depend on people;

  11. You never know what the person next to you is carrying inside, be nice no matter how hard it is to be nice. Do not be a reason for that person to hate his/her life more, just be helpful and caring;

  12. DO NOT feel guilty if you have to walk away from any situation that is threatening your peace, it doesn't matter if it is family, friends, a job or anything else, just keep your head up and walk away because your peace is not negotiable. YOU ARE NOT a bad person... just remember that!
With Love, Lowreley.
